About me

Although my adventure with sound design has already been going on for several years, my adventure with sound is much longer. As a teenager, I started playing the guitar and also got involved in live sound engineering, and interestingly, it was this path that led me to sound design. Although I spent a lot of time with the guitar, first on my own and then in music school, I only encountered creating sound effects later, in audio engineering school, when as part of learning Pro Tools we were tasked with adding sound to an animation and processing the voice-over of a character in space. I liked it so much that I decided to pursue it seriously. And one cannot overlook the fact that it is work related to video games, which I had been playing regularly since childhood. The experience of being a player, the knowledge of how music and sound affect a listener, and familiarity with sound processing techniques gave me a solid foundation for creating sound effects.

Other skills of mine are also important in this work. Analytical thinking and a systematic approach help me easily and quickly manage a project and find my way within it. Creativity and a critical perspective allow me to create appropriate sound effects, and openness and communicativeness allow me to function very well in a team. All of this proved itself during my two years of experience working on three commercial projects.
